Real estate is the first and only career I have ever known and I love bringing value to the clients that I represent.

I am a third generation real estate broker and fifteen year veteran of the Amelia Island & Jacksonville real estate markets. My specialties include Ocean front, resort & luxury home and villa sales; resort vacation rental management & brokerage; and residential property sales. I especially enjoy second home sales and helping buyers or sellers in these markets.

I have dedicated myself to our industry and have & continue to serve on numerous boards and committees such as Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and as the president of the Amelia Island-Nassau County Multiple Listing Service. In 2014 I obtained my Florida real estate instructor license and teach NAR's Code of Ethics and Core Law credit courses at our association of REALTORS.
